Refund Policy

At Cosmo Bookkeeping LLC, we strive to deliver accurate, reliable, and high-quality bookkeeping services. This refund policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued.

1. Service-Based Nature

Our services are time-based and effort-driven. Once work has been initiated, charges apply for the time and resources invested.

2. Before Work Begins

Clients may request a full refund if the request is made before any work has started.

3. After Work Has Started

If a project or service has already begun, refunds will be issued on a pro-rata basis, depending on the portion of work completed.

4. Monthly Services / Retainers

Monthly bookkeeping and recurring services are non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun. Clients may cancel services at any time, and the cancellation will take effect in the next billing cycle.

5. One-Time Projects

For one-time services such as bookkeeping cleanup or setup:

- Partial refunds may be provided if work is in early stages

- No refunds will be issued once the service is substantially completed

6. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information. Delays or errors due to incomplete or incorrect information do not qualify for refunds.

7. Revisions & Corrections

If there are any issues with the delivered work, we will review and correct them promptly at no additional cost.

8. Third-Party Costs

Any third-party fees (software subscriptions, filing fees, etc.) are non-refundable.
